CTE MODEL 2000 DUCA
HPHT DUAL UCA
The
UCA (Ultrasonic Cement Analyzer) is used to provide an indication
of the relative strength development of a slurry sample while
it is being cured under elevated temperature and pressure
conditions. Our Model 2000 DUCA dual-cell HPHT UCA is the first dual UCA
device with totally isolated pressure cells and computer operation via 2 touchscreen interfaces; one dedicated for each side. Just as with our Model
2000 UCA, relative strength is determined by measuring the
velocity of an ultrasonic signal transmitted through the cement
slurry specimen as it cures. With the Model 2000 DUCA, real-time strength development can be determined for
two slurries under widely varied, high pressure, high temperature conditions simultameously.
The small footprint cabinet is sized appropriately to fit into any lab. Heavy-duty casters
allow easy rolling manipulation of the cabinet. The controls and touchscreen panels are placed in user friendly,
ergonomic positions. Heavy-duty Stainless Steel top for increased wear resistance. Clearly marked controls and
high quality components make this instrument long lasting and dependable. Servicing is easy with it's one piece,
removable front cover. While others may claim to provide "state of the art", at CTE we continue
to define it.
